  1. Prepare 500 gr of air.
  2. Prepare 500 gr of gula pasir (me 400 gr).
  3. Prepare 300 gr of tepung (150gr terigu, 150 gr sagu, atau boleh 200:100).
  4. Prepare 200 ml of SKM.
  5. You need 200 gr of butter/margarin, lelehkan.

  1. Buat caramel : larutkan gula dalam pan, kalau gula sudah larut semuanya, tuangkan air (hati-hati sangat panas), aduk2 terus sampai gula dan air larut, dinginkan.
  2. Mix rata SKM dan telur dengan whisker sampai larut saja.
  3. Tuang antara adonan kering (terigu, sagu, BP, soda kue) dan karamel bergantian, jadi tuang tepung lalu aduk, lalu air karamel, aduk, begitu terus sampai habis.
  4. Setelah selesai tepung dan air karamel, masukkan butter leleh, aduk rata.
  5. Masukkan ke loyang (saya pakai loyang 22cm luber2, jd disarankan isi loyang saja), kalau bergerindil, boleh disaring adonannya (adonan memang cair ya), bake di suhu 170 C api atas bawah.
